Operation principles
Jaw crusher is working by the motor drive belt and pulley, make through eccentric shaft moving jaw movement up and down, close to the fixed jaw plate continuously.Material is squeezed between moving jaw plate and the fixed jaw and is rubbed over and over again.Moving jaw plate, after the completion of once broken under the action of rod and spring away from fixed jaw plate, the crushed material under the action of gravity to the appropriate particle size, is get out freely,through the lower jaw cavity of the discharging mouth.As the motor turns continuously, the crusher mobile jaw crushing and discharging periodic, accomplish the mass production.
