Brief introduction of ball mill:

Features of ball mill
Ball mill is mainly divided into dry and wet ball mill in accordance with different grinding ways , the structure is slightly different: dry ball mill's spout is straight , there is also an induced draft device; while wet ball mill's discharger is flared, spiral device is built-in to facilitate discharging material. Working principles and other structures are almost the same.
Working principles of ball mill:
When the cylinder is rotating around the horizontal axis at a predetermined speed, the ore and grinding devices within the cylinder are raised to a certain height by cylinder liner through centrifugal force and friction, then the ore falls away from the cylinder wall for flies down, during which the ore is heavily shocked, reaching the final goal of grinding. Ore is thrusted into the cylinder from one end continually, and the ground ore is discharged from the other end of the cylinder continually, the ore moving is pressured by the ore that is thrusted into the cylinder constantly, thus driving the process to keep going.
