Gluing and pressing principal machine (with thin paper rolling): ceramic roller is used to coat glue;air suction is performed in the whole sheet transfer process, the tension of the film is automatically controlled. Light-box belt has energy-saving devices.Glue thickness is controlled by the gap between ceramics roller attached with blade and gluing roller to keep glue uniform.
Cutting Unit. before cutting, there is an anti-curved device. Paper more than 105gsm can be cut directly. Paper less than 105gsm need to be rewind and can not be cut directly.
Collecting machine: (with auxiliary paper receiver station).Collecting machine to shoot three pneumatic paper, collect the papers neatly, with pressure wave structure with rapid product operation.
