For our Spare parts

We use special materials for our spare parts, like Mn13, Cast Iron, Zinc Alloy etc. For the Cone crusher, the Mantle and Coucaves are made by Mn13 -2  which manganese content are more than 14%. The Bushing frame, Eccentric frame and socket liner are made by Copper (Pb15sn7). Those materials are much wear resistance than the normal materials. And their usage life is much longer.

 

Mn13, High manganese steel is the alloy steel which the manganese content exceed to 10%, our Mn13 manganese content is exceed 14%.
