A 3D flexibly combined welding fixture is made up of a set of standard, systematic and unitized prefabricated parts. By means of hole alignment and pin locking, all parts can be connected, fixed and clamped. The distance between parts can be adjusted according the sizes of workpiece. Since this whole fixture combines a set of parts in a three dimensional way to have best performance in welding process, therefore it is named 3D flexibly combined welding fixture. It can be classified into two groups: D28 series with ￠ 28mm hole and 100*100mm groove lines; D16 series with ￠ 16mm hole and 50*50mm groove lines.
