Introduction:

DS continuous bucket conveyor (bucket machine for short) is independently R&D according to the advanced technology from abroad. It is suitable for horizontally or tiltable conveying various powder and massive bulk material, such as cement, clinker, slag, iron ore, limestone, coke, etc. Its temperature resistance and reliability are better than the chain plate conveyor, belt conveyor and vibrating conveyor, etc., and it  can save 20% to 50% of the power than the currently widely used chain plate conveyor.

DS continuous bucket conveyor can be promoted to use in the building, metallurgy, coal, chemical, electric power industry and other departments of the national economy.

Features:

1. The temperature of the materials can reach 350 °C if the machine is made of general structural carbon steel.

2. The temperature of the materials is allowed to reach 600 °C

3. The blockiness size is up to 200mm if the machine is made of general heat-resistant steel.
