3 sampling inspection:

IQC (incoming quality control): According to AQL-MIL-STD-105E level II standard, to make sure raw materials up to international standard.

IPQC (input process quality control): Tooling/fixture change or change over will do initial confirm,Position inspection will do per 2 hours. To make sure the whole production process under control, avoiding mistake in bulk.

OQC (outgoing quality control): According to AQL-MIL-STD-105E level II standard. To guarantee every unit in good quality before arrive at our customers.

100% full load burn-in test for 1 hour,doing shock test per 10 minutes for 20 second. To make sure no bomb unit, every unit work at normal temperature, etc.
