Ultrasonic Type Vibrating Sifter

This ultrasonic vibrating sieve machine is by adding ultrasonic sensor basis on standard sieve machine, using special net frame for transfering the vibration perfectly to the screen surface.

Ultrasonic type vibrating sieve machine is for materials hard to handle (with static electricity, strong stickiness, irregular shapes and mesh size thinner than 300mesh).

1. Overview
Ultrasonic sieving system is a simple practical, reliable sieving system, which is the best solution for current mesh blocking. Widely used for fine sieving/filtrating requirement industry like food, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, chemical, milling, high sieving precision, solve the difficult blocking problem because of agglomeration, static electricity, strong adsorption. It' s the important technical breakthrough in domestic sieving industry.
 
2. Structure
- High frequency connecting wire: connection cable of ultrasonic generator and transducer;

- Transducer: high efficiency ultrasonic transfer device;

3. Working principle
Ultrasonic sieving system is consisted of ultrasonic generator, transducer and resonance rings. The transducer convert the high frequency vibration produced by ultrasonic generator to sinusoidally lengthways vibration wave still with high frequency, the vibration wave pass the vibration to the sieve surface uniformly through resonance rings. When the material on sieve is making low frequency three-D vibration, the ultrasonic device is passing vibration wave to sieve surface, then it can avoid the net blocking as well as improving sieving quality and performance.

The machine can be installed three layers at most.
The latest-designed frame can be designed as removable type, flanged type and standard type.
