Structure and Operating Principle

 

The machine is composed of screeening box, Vibrating isolation spring,Engine base,Electromotor and so on.

 

While on working, the electromotor drives the eccemtric shaft operation at high speed.By the effect of high speed, the eccentric block generated continuous centrifugal force to drive the screen vibrating periodically.And the locus is almost an oval-shaped.Then the material up on the screen will do projectile motion on the push of outside force,granularity material fall down to the bottom floor of the screen ,and  when the size of the granulaity are smaller than the limit size od screen they will fall down to the next floor.
