6 full inspection:

1. Plug-in board full inspection : to make sure no components in wrong place, no reverse components, no components left, etc
2. Semi-finished products full inspection: to make sure no cold solder ,lack of components, no tin dross, no short-circuit, no open circuit, no bad led indicator ,no high voltage, no low voltage, no output, etc
3. Assembly full inspection: to make sure every unit with power ,without low voltage, without bad led indicator, low ripple, good appearance, with right cables, etc
4. Full inspection after burn-in: to make sure every unit with high temperature resistance, with power ,no bomb unit, no high voltage, no low voltage, no bad led indicator, etc
5. Finished products full inspection: to make sure every unit with power, no high voltage, no low voltage, no bad led indicator, low ripple, with right cables , no bad ultrasonic bonding, etc
6. Visual full inspection: to make sure no scratched case, no cracked wires ,no missing screw, no label misaligned, etc

3 sampling inspection:

IQC (incoming quality control): According to AQL-MIL-STD-105E level II standard, to make sure raw materials up to international standard

IPQC (input process quality control): Tooling/fixture change or change over will do initial confirm,Position inspection will do per 2 hours. To make sure the whole production process under control, avoiding mistake in bulk.

OQC (outgoing quality control): According to AQL-MIL-STD-105E level II standard. To guarantee every unit in good quality before arrive at our customers.

100% full load burn-in test for 1 hour, doing shock test per 10 minutes for 20 second. To make sure no bomb unit, every unit work at normal temperature, etc.
