Li-bond 4920 series Pre-preg is the stable intermediate products which is obtained by pre-infiltrating carbon/glass fiber and formulated epoxy together. It is applied to vacuum bag and hot-pressing process.

The advantages:

1)    Long storage time at room temperature. (approx. 30 days)

2)    Curing at low temperature, low exothermic and suitable for manufacturing the large

       parts.

3)    Excellent surface viscosity and convenience for non-product and overlay process.

4)    Good mobility. It is suitable for vacuum bag and hot-pressing process.

5)    High mechanical strength's pre-preg resin system.

6)    Special resin prescription. Included high resin content (>55%) pre-preg.

 It is suitable for vacuum forming process.
