Emergency command shelter is equipped with central control system , network system , video system , broadcasting system, lighting system and power supplying  system. Thus intelligent Emergency command system is built , emergency response procedure is created acccording to types of fight .On the one hand , commander could take for consideration. On the other hand , govemt leaders could hold an emergeny meeting in emergency command shelter and eventually promote  scientiic and rationalized decision of rescue and relief work .
