EverExceed Unilyte Range VRLA ---Nominal capacity 100~1250 Ah ---Design life 20 years at 25℃ ambient
EverExceed Unilyte Range VRLA batteries are of the Absorbed Electrolyte type. The cells are designed so that a controlled amount of electrolyte is contained within an absorbent non-woven separator material that also separates the battery plates. This type of separator construction allows full wetting of the plates with the available electrolyte and also allows the free passage of the oxygen generated during charging. This construction is generally referred to as Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) type. Valve regulated batteries are fully sealed with exception of a one way valve that opens when excess pressure builds up inside the battery and closes when the pressure is released. The recombination of charge gases is accomplished by allowing oxygen produced at the positive plate. The safety valve controls the internal pressure of the battery to optimize the efficiency of the recombination reaction and minimize the possible loss of electrolyte. Superior performanceEverExceed Unilyte batteries are constructed adopting the finest quality materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, designed for standby applications that require reliable power and long life.Qualification:EverExceed Unilyte is qualified to stack horizontally up to 8 high for use in UBC Seismic Zone4.IEC 896, BS 6290, UL Recognized, ISO 9001:2000, designed to meet Telcordia SR4228, and GR-63-CORE(NEBS).
Features and benefits SU UL Recognized component Valve regulated lead acid battery(VRLA) High-compression absorbed glass mat technology(AGM) for over 99% recombination efficiency. Operates at a low internal pressure Heavy duty insert copper terminals for ease of assembly, reduced maintenance and increased safely. Advanced lead tin calcium alloy, reduces grid corrosion and promoted long battery life. Flame arresting, low pressure safely release venting system for individual cells, recognized per U.L. 924Applications: Telecommunications Uninterruptible power systems Switchgear and control Photovoltaic Marinel Railroad signal and communication Alternative energy systems
