Galvanizing strip is made by cold rolling strip after hot-dip plating. This kind of strip has excellent corrosion resistance and it is used widely in the world. GL strip has the merits of both aluminium strip`s and galvanized strip`s, i.e. corrosion resistance of air and oxidation resistance and electrochemical protection.

We provide hot-dip galvanizing line with American-Steel-Union process, which can produce sheet with small spangles or without spangles. The product has good performance of corrosion resistance and coating adhesion, used widely for manufacture of automobile, household electric appliance, building construction and base plate for color coating etc.

Hot-dip galvalumeLine(GL)
Galvalume strip has merits of corrosion resistance of air and oxidation resistance, the galvanized strip has the merits of electrochemical protection. GL strip has merits of aluminum strip & galvanized strip.

 Line Feature:
1.  It adopts NOF and RTH technologies with quick heating speed and high thermal efficiency.
2.  The strip cleaning section can be set or cancelled by the customer.
3.  The strip cooling in the furnace adopts protective gas circular injection cooling device. Air blower adopts frequency conversion adjustment to increase the cooling speed and equality of the strip. The strip's temperature can be controlled accurately when going into the Zinc pot.
4.  Skin pass machine will ensure the surface quality and increase the coating and cold punching performance.
5.  Tension leveler adopts single bending & single stretching/double bending & double stretching to improve the shape and surface quality of the strip.
6.  Adopt waste heat recovery technology to increase the heat efficiency and lower the running cost of the machine.
7.  Adopt injected ceramic induction zinc pot, which has fast-heat, equal temperature, long service life, less zinc residual etc.
8.  Adopt zinc layer thickness detector to detect the thickness in real time, feedback the actual weight of the zinc layer, and guide the air knife's adjustment (or realize the closed-loop control.)
9.  Adopt electrostatic oiler to make a thin oil layer for the strip.
10. Adopt AC frequency conversion drive control system with good man-machine interface, and simple maintenance.
