Pay Off Reel
Pay off Reel also called as un-coiler and Tension Reel called coiler are working as the auxiliary function for cold rolling mill, Pickling line and Galvanizing line and so on!
Pay off reel receives and holds the coils for feeding into the line, and holds back the required tension on the strip. It will be designed for over unwind operation. The mandrel will be supported by an outboard bearing. It is to be working with Galvanizing Line, Coating Line, Recoiling Line, Pickling Line, and Other related continuous production lines. Coil car delivers and loads coil on to the mandrel of the Pay Off Reel. The coil is firmly fixed on the mandrel through the expansion of mandrel. When gear wheel ratio of the gear wheel box increases its speed from low to high, the coil starts unwinding driven by vector variable frequency motor.
