Tension Reel is tobe used with Galvanizing Line, Coating Line, Recoiling Line, Pickling Line, and Other related continuous production lines. Tension Reel will make final rewinding after strip finishes cladding materials. It delivers power throw vector variable frequency motor, controls speed by gear wheel ratio in the gear box, and reaches a real circular shape with Dia 580mm ~ 610mm through expandable mandrel together with four sets of segments. After Strip moves forward to the mandrel, the Tension Reel starts accelerating to the line speed and rewinding.
