Feldspar is the most common ore in the earth crust. It is a silicate minerals which contains calcium, sodium, and potassic. Feldspar plays an important role as fluxing agents in ceramics and glass applications. Besides, it is used as functional fillers in the paint, plastic, rubber and adhesive industries.
Process of Feldspar Stone Crushing
1.Large feldspar materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing.
2.After first crushing, the material will transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; then the crushed feldspar materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. 
3.After separating, the standard products will be transferred in one side as final products, while the other products will be returned to cone crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. 
4.According to your specific requirement, the size of final products can be combined or graded. 
5.Feldspar grinding is the required process when you need the size below 5-20 mm.
