3)Intro:
HN3D can be used to produce overfeed type or controlled fancy yarn with the application of the drafting system of three rollers double aprons, PLC and human-machine operation.
1. The machine is made up of the headstock, the end box, the frame, the creel, the input system, the drafting system, the output system, the ring spindle for untwisting, winding system etc.
2. The machine adopts 7 sets of inverters to finish the stepless speed changing of the core roller, front roller, rear roller, output roller, hollow spindle, ring spindle and lift system.
3. The parameters of the machine can be set, amended, stored and displayed by PLC and human-machine operation.
4. To use the inverter motor and tangential belt for driving the hollow spindle and ring spindle to get the stable driving and low noise.
5. The machine has the features: continuous operation, doffing without stopping, higher production.
