3)Intro: 

Three drafting zones made-up by three rear rollers, one middle roller and one front roller on the machine can produce the special fancy yarn with three colors gradual changing and sudden changing. And also it can be used to produce the ordinary type fancy yarn. 

Control System:

1. The speed of three rear rollers, front roller, and middle roller are controlled by reduction gear box, servo-motor and servo driving system.

2. The hollow spindle uses frequency variable motor and speed governing system of the frequency inverter. 

3. The ring spindle uses frequency variable motor and the speed governing system of the frequency inverter. 

4. The winding system uses the reduction motor and the speed governing system of the frequency inverter.  

5. All processing parameters can be set, amended, stored and displayed by the PLC and human-machine operation. They are controlled by five sets of servers and five sets of inverters. 

6. The drafting system of the machine uses pressured gate-type cradle. You can choose the single drafting area, double drafting areas or three drafting areas when spinning. Please note: the fiber length, the base weight of the material should be the same.
