The Mini (small) ultrasonic spot welder is composed of ultrasonic transducer (converter), cover, horn (sonotrode), anvil and generator.

With high frequency ultrasonic vibration welding horn (sonotrode) under the moderate pressure, make the two pieces of plastic joint surface to produces friction heat and melting joint    moment.   Adopt suitable artifacts and reasonable interface design, which can achieve watertight, airtight andefficient cleaning of welding, avoid the adjunct to the inconvenience, efficient  clean welding.
