Specifications
DCY, DCYK series of cylindrical gear reducer has the characteristics of high
bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency, low noise, small size, light
weight, long service life. Gear and gear shaft carburizing hardening quality low
carbon alloy steel grinding process, the accuracy of the gear tooth surface
hardness 6, HRC56-62. The salty speed controller is applied to the input shaft
and the output shaft is vertically arranged transmission device, such as a belt
conveyor, metallurgy, mining, transportation, cement, construction, chemical,
textile, light industry etc.. Speed reducer drive for the first level of Gleason
spiral bevel gear, second, three stage transmission for involute spur gear. In
general, reducer lubrication by oil pool splash lubrication, cooling. When the

lubrication or circulating lubrication.

To choose the standard speed reducer, must meet the requirements of bearing capacity table, the steps are as follows:

N2 -- the output speed of r/min.
2 .determine the construction for the bearing capacity of the PN ≥ Pe*F
Type PN -- reducer nominal input power KW;
Mechanical Pe -- reducer connection required power KW;
F -- working condition mechanical working coefficient.
