Voltage measurement in CG sensors is based on the resistive divider principle.

The voltage sensor type CG is intended for use in voltage measurement in air insulated medium voltage switchgear. The voltage sensor KEVA B has been designed to be used as a post insulator but can be used as a stand-alone unit as well.
