Unattended scale systems are extremely reliable. Our unattended solutions allows ticketing operations to proceed without Weigh Master intervention. Gates and lights can be controlled and messages can be displayed to the driver as they approach the scale.

The signal lights turn red from green after vehicles move onto the scale. When the vehicles stop steadily, the system automatically examines the position  of the vehicle by infrared detector.( If the vehicle is not totally on the platform, the system reminder will instruct the driver to driver to the middle of the scale and get off, otherwise the weighing system will not work.) Label microreader will identify the vehicle automatically and the computer management system will display its information (number, tare, material etc.) Picture will be taken both the rear and head of the vehicle together with the weight information saved into the database. Afterwards the printer prints the documentary automatically. Next the lifting lever rises, and the system will instruct the vehicle to get off the scale by voice. When the system flows finish up, the signal light becomes green again and the lever falls down.
