Normal material:INLET VALVE IS SUH1(40Cr) ; EXHAUST VALVE IS SUH3(4Cr9Si2).

 Best material:INLET VALVE IS SUH3(4Cr9Si2) ; EXHAUST VALVE IS SUH35(21-4N).

5. Surface treatment of our engine valve:

Tuff trided/nitrided: valves are nitrided to increase the exhaustion strength, corrosion- and wear-resistant

Chrome-plated: valve stems with chromium to increase wear-/corrosion-resistant of stem

Stellite (seat hard faced): valves made by using deposit of stellite to get high hot hardness at seat

Bimetal: valve made by joining together two different valve materials by friction welding wherein high hot hardness alloy steel is used at head and stem made from a upright mechanical properties steel

 

 We have all kinds of valve techniques, entire material valves, double metal friction welding, small soldering terminal pin, small soldering alloy, shaft chromium-plating, surfacing nitration treatment. Of course, we can produce engine valves according to your samples.
