1 Product Application
Purification for gas engine oil and transformer oil
To remove water and impurities from oil liquid in hydraulic and lubricant system

2 Technical Principles
Since different liquids have different surface tension, so when liquids flow across the small orifice, if surface tension is smaller, the flow speed will be faster. When different liquids are mixed and flow into separator, firstly it will pass through coalesce filter cartridge, which is made of multi-layers of filter medium and gradually increased diameter. Due to difference in surface tension, the oil will pass through filter layer rapidly, but water is slowly. Because coalesce filter cartridge adopts hydrophilic material, so the little water drips will be coalesced on filter layer surface. With energy effect, the little drips will pass through openings, gradually form to large drips, sink down and separate with oil liquid for the reason of gravity. When oil liquid pass through coalesce cartridge, the remaining small size of water drips are moving forward to separating cartridge. The separator filter cartridge adopts special water repellent material, when oil liquid flow across the cartridge, the water drips will be separated outside of cartridge, the oil will pass through the cartridge and discharge from outlet.
