Polycore Technology PP honeycomb core can be supplied without any tissue, the core both ends are specially treatment to without burr, so in wind or water through project PP honeycomb core can be directly into application. Such core diameter commonly are 8mm, 10mm, 12mm.

Polycore Technology PP honeycomb can be supplied with both sides laminated with non-woven polyester tissue 45 g/m2. This allows better bonding of the honeycomb to different panels. In addition to the tissue, honeycomb can be supplied with a PP film. The film under the tissue acts as a barrier to prevent resin leaking into the core and thus save resin consumption. This allows the honeycomb to be put into applications without using additional panels in special project.
