Introduction
Banana Vibrating
Screen is a kind of self-synchronization
heavy separator that widely applied in mining to achieve the classification of
big and middle grain size materials. A major innovation in screening technology,
our company had developed YA banana vibrating screen by learnt and assimilated
the foreign advance knowledge and technology.
To compare with the same
standard traditional screen, YA Banana Screen has higher loading capacity
because it has about 1.5 to 2 times larger screen area than the traditional
screen.
YA Banana Vibrating Screen is a multi segment screen which includes
any number of inclinations from two to as many as six varying from 34 degree
at the material entrance through to horizontal on 10 degree as the last slope.
The various slopes may incorporate deck media with different apertures to meet
the particular requirements. Hence, it has about 1 to 2 times higher loading
capacity than other vibrating screen and it is appropriate to sieve the material
with high distribution of fine particle size.
Working principle of Vibratory Screen
Double electrodes self synchronous technology and universal block eccentricity, adjustable swing vibrator. Two discontacted vibrators are driven to synchronous reversely rotate by adhesive tape, eccentric force tuo groups of eccentric blocks weight generates overlay along
the component force in the vibrating direction, reverse eccentricity is undone and then
generate single exciter force along the vibrating direction to make screen box move on a linear and reciprocal
trajectory.
Installation and debugging of Vibratory Screen
Before installation, test constractly field base and installation drawing. Primary and secondary vibration deducation springs are both vertical, motor axis is lower 3 to 5 mm than vibrator axis and
then weld strongly support rack of motor and spring base. Require rotating direction of two motors must be opposite. The unload running time of screen is 4 to 6 hours, screen should run stably, no yaw and strange noise and test whether screen plate and exciter are strong.
Inspect working temperature of vibration bearing, which should be less than 75 centigrade degree.
