lux Cored Wire E71T-1

E71T-1 is a kind of Ti type flux-cored wire by CO2. It is applied for all-position welding which includes vertical down welding. When the welding is taken, there small splashes, and the electric arc is stable and gentle. Furthermore, it has high slag detach ability and beautiful shaped welding seam. It is superior to solid welding wires in cladding, welding technical performance and mechanical properties of deposited metal. It is used for the welding of low carbon steel and 490 grade strength steel of moderate thickness plates welding.

Products Application:

It is applicable for the welding of carbon steel and low-alloy steel structure used for ship, bridge, architecture, vehicle and machine building.

Notes on Usage:

1 Electric choice: DC+.

2 Use over 99.98% purity of CO2as shielding gas.This product cannot use mixed gas.

3 It should turn up electric pressure 1-2V when uses electric cable elongation over 15m.

4 It is necessary to cover the flux cored wire by canvas if it needs on wire feeder for one night.
