4. Working principle

Two motors simultaneously reverse rotation to make  the exciter generated reverse excitation force, forcing the sieve led the mesh to make longitudinal movement, to make the material accept centrifugal force so that could thrown forward a range periodically, so as to complete the screening material sub-operations.

Linear vibrating screen have a dual vibration motors.When the two vibration motors make synchronize and reverse rotation, the excitation force that generated by the eccentric block are offset in the direction of parallel motor axis, then stacked a resultant force in the direction of perpendicular to motor shaft, Therefore, screening machine trajectory is a straight line.

Two motor shaft relative to the screen surface has a dip, under the action of the force of material gravity and excitation force, The screen surface material being tossed leap forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purposes of screening and grading for material.
