1.        Pre-stacker automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically. Paper can be added even if the machine is kept running, which improves working efficiency so much. Paper feeding, laminating, separating can be finished at one time.

2.        Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector and paper break protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper or paper break occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.

3.        Man-Machine Interface System: Color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time.

4.        Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. to regulate paper conveying and overlap and improve lamination prevision.

5.        Hydraulic pressuring system provides automatically big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.

6.        Up and down air expansion shaft releases film roll, and positions film roll more accurately, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient. The film feeding adopts pneumatic brake which can adjust film release tension and speed. The bottom releasing film system is equipped with pneumatic brake, which can not only release film but also rewinding.

7.        Equipped with reel film side cutter and perforating device. Double sets of serrated perforating wheels provide different choices for different specifications of sheets and films.

8.        Anti-curvature device adopts turbine gearbox to adjust. When going through the anti-curvature device, the laminated paper shall be leveled at once and won't curve again after cut.

9.        Pneumatic splitting system realizes the laminated paper sheets disjunction.

10.    Upper and down heating roller are equipped with cast aluminum heater for raising temperature, separating temperature control perfected the temperature keep steady, ensure the precision of double film lamination temperature.

11.    Paper collecting unit is furnished with not only vibrating stacking table but also winding shaft. After being cut, the laminated paper will be sent automatically to vibrating receiving table and be put into order. If laminated paper doesn't need to be cut, it can be winded automatically by winding paper. It also can be choose Automatic Paper Stacker according to the customer's request, with corrugating paper pressing system, which settles completely the crimping troubles of thin and big size of laminated paper.

12.    The main electrical parts adopt international noted brands, Such as: Omron, Schneider etc. Frequency converter speed control ensures speed adjustment much more convenient and efficient, and makes the machine run stably and quietly. PLC system realizes automatic paper separation, breakdown alert for self-protection etc. functions.
