1.        The machine is heavy type and adopted with strengthened driving system for steady running and easy maintenance.

2.        Single plate feed restructuring, with a number of thickened belts (4 suction belts added) and vibration motor, ensures continuous, accurate and automatic feeding. The feeding speed can be adjusted steplessly.

3.        Motor and remote control adjustment of the guide plate.

4.        Layer is designed with special profile, to ensure the convenience of the installation of the tools and accessories.

5.        The main driving bearings, all the standard parts and electrical components of the whole machine are imported from good and famous brands.

6.        It offers two groups of upper and lower gluing tanks; for bottom gluing, double-wall gluing and crash lock bottom. Equipped with imported servo back-folding system, which is to set the back-folding action separately. Accurate and high-speed back-folding function is for 4 corner and 6 corner boxes.

7.        It is adopted with 5.7 inch full-color touch screen, PLC controller, and standard stand-alone electricity control box. Photoelectric counter installed for preset counting, automatic sheet kicker and mark jetting device.

8.        Conveying pressure table uses special soft leather belt, air pressure adjustment. The upper belt designed for moving forward and backward which can be adjusted separately according to the different cartons.

9.        Cold & hot glue gun system as option. Machines can be designed for special boxes according to the requirements of the customers.
