Energy saving ball mill for grinding various ores and other materials is widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industry, including dry type and wet type. It can also be divided into tabular type and overflow type.
1. Low starting current, short starting time, flexible starting, normal working current decreased by 20%-30% to save energy;
2. Making full use of surplus power capacity and improved motor liners structure can enhance yield up to 5%-7%;
3. Rolling bearings not only have larger carrying capacity but also have longer service life compared with traditional sliding bearings.
4. Reduced maintenance of main bearing can improve sanitation and avoid oil pollution;
5. Adopting glycerin lubricating system to save oil by 80%-90%;
6. Normal working life of mill main bearing is 8-13years;
7. Excessive downtime due to overheated bearing .
