Puretronics offers Defect Detection System for Aluminum Caps. It is the system for the inspection aluminum closures to detect the typical defects of this kind of production. The system uses the latest gigabyte Ethernet digital CCD cameras completely controlled by computer. Acquisition unit consists of two configurations one or five matrix cameras with high speed and resolution, dedicated lighting system, dedicated professional lenses, dedicated structure to support cameras lighting system. Processing unit consists of industrial cabinet completed with PC based calculator unit , supervisory unit to manage rejected items and pieces counting , dedicated software developed on experienced of terms of applications fully activated with man machine interface.
