Puretronics offers Butt Welding Machine. To start the process take the two wires which are to be welded. Their both ends should be properly twisted. Cut both the wire ends with the cutter sharply. See the standard size of the wire and then select the ceramic tube of proper size, the wire should slide within the tube tightly. With the use of the chart for welding set the distance of the copper jaw by setting the screw which is set in the right . Move the lever upside , put both the wires ends in the ceramic tube . Move the copper jaw up and press the paddle. Set upset pressure and the switch position by using chart. Set the welding time as indicated on the chart and press the start button to start welding . Press the up and down paddle of the copper jaw and push up the lever. Move the wire out , break the ceramic tube on the left hand side angle check the welding.
