Overview

HB Chain plate conveyor and chain bucket conveyor is a kind of fixed conveying equipment with the following features:

1. It's for conveying no adhesive bulk material, granule and block material, especially for large, irregular, and high temperature material like cement clinker etc. And the process of cooling and washing can be realized at the same time of conveying.

2. The whole equipment is compact, convenience to install, adjust and maintain.

3. Reasonable structure, good rigidity and high shock resistance.

4. It is rolling friction instead of sliding friction.

5. The angle of chain plate conveyor can be 0° – 15°; angle of chain bucket conveyor can be mad 45°.

6. The machine adopts endless chain or plate link chain as driving parts when the conveying distance ≤30; To avoid sliding, it adopts plate link chain as driving parts when conveying distance > 30.
