  The HDMAX8600 IC Card Personalization System is a large, professional and industrial IC card perso equipment which is applied to financial, insurance(social security), telecom contact & contactless IC card, including but not limited to the personalization production of ISO7816, ISO14443, ISO15693 standard IC card.

 This equipment adopts dual barrel for chip encoding and laser graphical printing which has good performance and is reliable. It can run 24 hours x 7 days and the speed of chip encoding and laser graphical printing can reach 8,000 pcs/h.

 According to the production requirement, 8-64 contact or contactless processing stations( 1~4chips), 1~2 sets of laser graphical printing units and several OCR inspections are optional.

  It can be upgraded, expanded, added or removed functions by its modular design, and it supports background control, remote data loading, encryption, etc.

  The system is composed of three parts: mechanical configuration, electronic control and data processor. All of them with online security monitoring. SDK, DLL( dynamic link library) and application interface are provided for users to develop their own card manufacturing software.
