1. Product Introduction

 

     GFVD Series Dehydrate Linear Vibrating Screen is a kind of vibrational classifer equipment specially designed for desliming, demedium, dehydration. It is widely used in the process of classification and dehydration of granules and recycling of slimes and gangue.

  

2. Working Principle

 

a) Our product adopts dual motors as power supply:

 

      The double vibration is installed parallel, when they are running at the same time, centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block. Centrifugal force along the direction of vibration is superposed, otherwise it is offseted. Thus form a single centrifugal force which along the direction of vibration, which makes screen box affectation reciprocating linear motion.

 

 

 

b) Our product adopts flange vibrator as power supply:

 

      The two motors that rotate synchronously and reversely and centrifugal force is produced by two groups of eccentric block. This makes the screen body periodical to-and-fro moving along the direction of straight line, which is for the purpose of dehydration. The screen frame is connected by the high-intensity bolts, so the structure is stable and durable.

 

 

 

3. Product Features

 

      GFVD Series Dehydrate Linear Vibrating Screen adopts double vibration motor or flange vibrator as power supply. With a high strength bolt connection frame, the angle of inclination for the screen is commonly zero degree while 2-7 degree can also be designed if required. The structure of screen can be divided into three kinds, mesh grid, sew sieve-plate and PU sieve-plate. To strengthen dehydration effect, the structure characteristics are:

 

1 The whole machine is installed exactly horizontally, but the installation angle of screen is a negative angle, which aims at guaranteeing compulsory dehydration effect.

 

2 The vibration frequency converter is adjustable to achieve the best effect of dehydration.

 

3 In order to improve efficiency, the screen surface of feeding section is designed to arc.

 

4. Application Scope

 

      GFVD Series Dehydrate Linear Vibrating Screen is mainly used in 

 

Tailings processing, coal slime dewatering, washed quartz sand and mud dehydration processing link
