Ferric Chloride Liquid 

    Ferric Chloride is an important inorganic salt, whose liquid is red brown. Its aqueous water is acidic and it is corrosive to metals. When ferric chloride solution is attenuated, it will be hydrolyzed into ferric hydroxide precipitation that has a strongest cohesion.

Product Performance

1．Excellent performance, higher sedimentation speed than aluminum salt flocculants series, such as aluminum sulfate and PAC. 

2．It can form the dense alum flocs and fast sink, which can reduce filter backwash frequency.

3．The sludge quantity is lower so that it saves sludge processing cost. 

4．It's available to water with a wide PH range from 4 to 12. And the best available PH range is 6 to 10.

Usage and Notes

1. Product will be diluted into 40% solution and ferric chloride hexahydrate is 1:1. 5. Dry powder dosage is 100-200kg for every one thousand tons water.

2. The product can be directly added into the wastewater with a proper dosage and it should be intensely stirred to mix with wastewater in a balanced state. In practical application, the best dosage should be worked out by the tests to meet the demand of different water quality.

Package and Storage

1. The package can be a dedicated tank lorry made of plastic or glass fiber reinforced plastics, a food-grade polyethylene plastic cask with a capacity of 50kg or a dedicated ceramic altar. The package can also be an acidproof altar, which should be put into willow baskets or semipermeable wooden cages. The net weight of each acidproof alter is 30 to 35kg. The noticeable logos on the containers should be seen with the words of " Purifier"  and " Corrosive Materials" . 

2. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated indoor warehouse.

3. It shouldn't be transported and stored with toxic substances. In the process of transportation, it needs avoiding rain and sun. It shouldn't be placed upside down to avoid packing vibration or shock so as to protect the containers when it is loaded and unloaded. If it is on fire, users can use sand and foam fire extinguisher to put out the fire.
