The aluminium cap is attached to the arm with a hardened steel pin, welded at both ends, to prevent removal. |

Oil tanks are supplied with fitting instructions, but to summarise: Remove caps on tank, place base plate over neck of tank inspection hole, then screw the supplied cap onto the filling point. Join the arms together, then fit a padlock through the holes. The base plate is then screwed to the tank using the one way tamper proof screws. |
