Our Winding Machine has the following features:on R-shaped enclosed iron core of PT that has been treated,clamp the winding framework with the special supporting ring,directly wrap the secondary coil around the framework,because the iron core needn't to be cut,this avoids it's performance of transformer.it shortens the size of transformer,so as to improve the economic benefit greatly.

7.It's wire arranging operation is finished by the stepping motor and high precision ballspline,

the control precision can reach as high as 0.001mm.

 

8.The counting operation adopts the lightgrid rotary encoder,the output rotation speed and angle signal are traced with the data.

 

9.The tension controller employs the West Germany damping device,so as to the wire easy 

disconnection or coil loosing and dropping for the gension unbalance and easy fluctuation.
