Introduction:

This is a brand new environmentally-friendly heat insulation material which is soft, light and easy to install. It is made from aluminum foil and polyethylene by special machinery. It has no odor and toxicity.

 

The polyethylene bubble between the aluminum foil can be more than one layer and can be made with different colors. Besides, the diameter of the bubble ranges from 5mm to 25mm and the bubble height ranges from 2mm to 7mm. The outer layer also can be printed with different colors or laminated with polyethylene.

 

The outside aluminum foil can reflect radiation heat by up to 96%.

The bubble layer plays the role of trapping air and stopping heat conduction.

A PET film layer can be added between the foil layer and bubble layer to increase tensile strength.

 

The funtionality conbination of the aluminum foil and the LDPE bubble and their various advantages has enabled  this product to have excellent comprehensive thermal insulation performance, offering extensive ideal solutions to industrial uses and modern home living.
