Xiyue Brand XN sand dredging pumps are specially designed for dredge boat around river mud delivering. It's single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal pumps with reliable structure and design.
1. Good structure design for marine using.
200XN-500XN series are single casing and 600XN-1000XN are two casing structure.They both apply forward disassemble way and easy maintenance. According to the connection with the pump working part, two structures can be offered: self-carrying bracket and pump integrated with gearbox. The lubrication for the bracket is grease or thin oil.
2. Good Dredging Performance
Good cavitations performance makes sure the pump high suction capacity and allows high head and heavy concentration dredging. The impeller with width channel allows a large flow and high head.
3. Good Anti-abrasiveness Pump Wet Parts
All wet parts are made by top anti-abrasive chromium alloy with good impact
resistance and anti-abrasiveness.
4. Bearing Seal Type
200XN~500XN dredging pump apply mechanical sealing and packing seal.
600XN~1000XN dredging pump equipped with L-type spiral rubber seal which consist of 3 L-ring of 1 sleeve to ensure the bearing sleeve water clean, it also equipped with sand water separator.
