Introduction

Ball mill (Granite Powder Machine) applies to grind all kinds of oresand other materials, widely used in mine-selection, building materials and chemical industry, etc. it can be divided into dry and wet two grinding ways. According to the different ways of discharging, it can be divided into grid type and overflow type.

Application

This series of ball mill is grate ball mill for ore dressing, chemical, cement, construction and other industrial departments of wet milling of ores and materials with differing hardness in use. Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.

Working principle

Ball mill is the horizontal tube rotating device, outer edge of the gear drive, two cambers, and lattice-type. By feeding device the materials evenly are fended into the first milling chamber through the hollow shaft. There are ladder lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the chamber, the mill containing different specifications steel-balls, the rotating of cylinder can make centrifugal force to the ball for a certain height of fall, they have a severe impact and abrasive effect on the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, it will enter into the second chamber through single-layer partition plate, inner chamber is lined with plane liner which has steel-balls for further materials grinding. Powder discharged through the discharge grate plate to finish grinding operation.

Structure

Ball mill is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbling process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. Grinding mill is with stable and reliable working condition.  Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills to choose.
