Weigh-Bridge Replacement Kit:

Fabricate your own Weigh Belt Feeder, or replace the weigh-bridge in your existing feeder using the Belt-Way weigh-bridge replacement kit.  The Belt-Way Modular Design is easy to install and calibrate.  Built-in P.I.D. Loop control allows flow rate control on one feeder, and / or proportional blending of several materials. 

 

DUAL IDLER SYSTEM

The Belt-Way Dual Idler system utilizes two sets of load cells. This doubles the size of the weighbridge and allows the integrator to "see" the material for twice as long thus decreasing the expected margin of error to +/-.125 to 1.0%. The Dual Idler is routinely used for extremely fast moving belts or applications where maximum accuracy is required.
