YQ-250CM parallel winding machine for Voltage Transformer  is a high-precision device independently developed by Yibo Company according to the technology requirement of domestic PT industry.It can wind 0.5~550KV Voltage Transformer.

3.The core fixed part of this machine is made up of transverse movable ball rail and longitudinal adjustable working bench.When winding,user can adjust the working bench position according to the iron core thickness,length and width,to keep the proper position among the iron core,winding ring and shuttle,thus,the winding ring and iron core produces the relative motion when winding,so as to realize the winding of secondary coil.

 

4.It's English interface can properly display the wire diameter,rotatin speed,number of turns

 and number of layers.

 

5.Its main sharft control adopts the frequencyconversion stepless speed adjustment,with the characteristics 

of short driving chain,large driving torque,wide speed adjustment range,low noise.

 

6.It's speed control has two modes,automatic setup and foot switch speed adjustment.

 

7.It's wire arranging operation is finished by the stepping motor and high-precision ball spline,the control precision can reach as high as 0.001mm.

 

8.The counting operation adopts the light grid rotary encoder,the output rotation speed

and angle signal are traced with the data.

 

9.The tension controller employs the West Germany damping device,so as tothe wire easy disconnection 

or coul loosing and dropping for the gension unbalance and easy fluctuation.
