Desulfurization system is our directional design for biogas generate electricity. It combined the actual demand of biogas generate electricity, then desulfurization and dehydration.The desulfurization use the combination of physical and chemical technology, the dehydration use machinery, gas water separation membrane technology. The whole process has high-efficient, easy management, low operating cost, and other advantages.

2, Theory of desulfurization

Dry desulfurization

H₂S was oxidized to sulfur or sulfide by using O₂, also called dry oxidation method. The consist of dry equipment: put filling into one tank (the packing layer can be ferric oxide desulfurizer, active carbon desulfurizer, etc. The best is ferric oxide desulfurizer, because it has high sulfur capacity and low cost.). The gas go through the packing layer from one side of the tank with low speed, H2S was oxidized to sulfur or sulfide or iron sulfide, stayed in the pacing layer, and the purified gas discharged from other side of the tank.
