Working procedure:
1. manually put the bottle on the turn table, The bottle will be transfered to the convyeror belt one by one.
2. The bottles are transferred by the conveyor belt to the filling machine.
3. Sensor detecting station: the sensor is going to dectect whether bottle is on the right place, and transfer the signal back to the PLC, to decide filling/not filling ( no bottle/no filling).
4. Filling station: when the bottle arrive to the filling station, the inner chip send the filling signal then the filling pistol will come down to the bottle, the filling cylinder open the filling valve, and start to fill.
5. Inner plug falling station: the inner plug will be automatically fall on filled bottle.
6. Cap-falling station: the cap will be arranged by the cap oscillator , the cap just move along the trail and stop on the top of the bottle.
7. Screw-capping station: the bottle with the cap move to the capping staion, the capping device star to work, screw-tighten the cap.
8. Bottle out-put station: the finished product will be send out by the output conveyor blet.
