TS1 GLUING MACHINE

1. Single-layer, double-layer and three-layer are used in 3, 5 and 7 ply production lines.
2. High precision and chrome plated anilox roller; well-distributed glue and used up less glue.
3. Auto circle glue supply system to prevent the sinking of the glue.
4. Have pasting roll low speed rotation suction, avoid gluing dry.
5. Pneumatic press paper, swift and accurate reduces the paper waste.
6. Connect with motion at the same step with production line.

TS2 GLUING MACHINE

1. Single layer, double-layer are used in 3,5 and 7 ply production lines.
2. High precision and chrome plated anilox roller, well distributed glue and used up less glue.
3. Auto circle supply system to prevent the sinking of the glue.
4. Have pasting roll low speed rotation suction avoid the gluing dry.
5. Pressing roller and the pasting roller and the gluing roller gap electric adjusting.
6. Electric adjusting the thickness of gluing; with the number display, (it can adopt PLC auto adjusting gluing system)
7. Upper gluing pressing system adopt pressing roller, lift and drop the pneumatic control.(it can choice the spring pressing stick)
8. It adopt frequency motor as device, and at the same time with the double facer.
9. It adopts magic eye follow system, stop paper or hot plate stopping the machine, the pressing roll auto lifting.
