Description
Vacuum induction melting furnace is widely apply to smelt/cast permanent magnet material, nickel-based material, superalloy, special steel, rare earth metals, non-ferrous metals, precision alloy etc under a vacuum or protective atmosphere.
Main structures
The equipment has vertical type, horizontal type and semi-continuos type. It is composed of furnace body,inductor,tilting mechanism,vacuum system and electrical control system etc. Furnace body and lid both have water cooling interlayer.Electric furnace is equipped with alloy feeder,inspection window and thermocouple,also tamping ramming equipment.
