If the carbonated drink is filled in summer's room temperature which is much higher than the usual carbonated drink's filling temperature ( 4-10℃), moisture in the air will be condensed on the bottle which will bring troubles to the downstream packaging. So after the filling machine, there must be a bottle warmer to heat the bottle to the room temperature. The warmer is usually a tunnel type shower. It heats the bottle through spraying hot water to the bottle. There are usually 3 warming zones( more zones are ok). After heated by section, the bottle's temperature could achieve 30-35 ℃. Main components of bottle warmer are frame, transferring chain, transferring system, water storage tank, recycle pump, showering device, heating device and pipes. Exchanger could adopt plate type exchanger and electric type exchanger.

Technical features :

· The main motor is equipped with the overload protection device, which can effectively protect the link plate and its drive system.

· It has the temperature readout and steam pressure gauge.

· It has the spraying water circulating pump.

· Each pump has its necessary low water protection device to prevent the accidental damage because of dry pumping.

· The steam system is equipped with the stop valve, pneumatic control valve, drain valve, heat exchanger and so on
